Traditional Reiki Techniques Class Class Content: This is a one day course.
Part A. Hatsurei- Ho is a Japanese Reiki technique combining cleansing and mediation that helps clear and grow your Reiki potential. This a mini overview of Hasurei-Ho ( for a full day exploration of Hatsurei-Ho see my one- day dedicated course below!
Part B. 1. Joshin Kokyuu-Ho (Breathing Technique)

3. Genetsu-Ho ( Bringing Down A Fever)
4. Seiheki Chiryo (Habit Healing Technique)
All lineages are welcome. Pre-requisite: Reiki Level II (Okuden).

In this two day course learn the history of Reiki, some Buddhist background, all about the three Masters, the 3 pillars of Reiki, the 12 basic hand positions, animal and plant reiki, meridians and chakras, grounding techniques, aura cleansing, Mawashi, attunements, the 21 day cleanse and lots of practice!!
Manual and resources are provided as well as a certificate upon completion of the two days class.

Enjoy a few guided meditations while focusing with a chosen mudra. Then focus on breath and breathing using the Joshin Kokyuu-Ho Technique, to help store energy in your Tanden.

In this two day course learn the three Reiki symbols, their meaning and when to use them, how to draw them, attunement, de-programming techniques, aura cleansing , Mawashi, breathing techniques, storing energy in the Tanden, self purifying techniques and lots of practice!!

Join me in this one day course while we explore and practice Hatsurei-Ho which translates to:
“the ultimate truth to reveal our hidden inconceivable spiritual ability”.
We will explore this method, practice all the techniques involved, discuss and as a final practice do Mawashi Reiki. This course includes text and light snacks and refreshments.

Shin-Rin Yoku in a Ravine Forest
Enjoy a reiki power-up, meditation and Mawashi (40 minutes) then immerse yourself in Mother Earth’s calming and nourishing soil by using your hands to connect with the growing energy that is Spring! You will create a stylish Herb Pot perfect for your deck or patio to be admired and used for your cooking needs.
Included are: a stylish pot, 3-4 Herb seedlings, soil and cute wooden plant markers! Information on ideal plant care will be provided as well. Reiki on the planted herbs will complete our pot.
Nibbles and refreshments will be served.
Prerequisite: Reiki Training Level I( Shoden)
