About Enlightened Reiki Training
My Mission
I am very honoured to be teaching Reiki! I strongly feel that two days are a worthwhile effort to relay all the information and share this knowledge with participants. Usui travelled to outlying villages and taught Shoden & Okuden over a five day period. I believe that in doing so I am preserving this time honoured tradition of fostering and developing relationships between myself and the participants in a caring, respectful and less stressful way. It takes time to absorb, learn and practice and I am making the time to do so for YOU.
Training and Course Descriptions
Shoden
In this two day course learn the history of Reiki, some Buddhist background, all about the three Masters, the 3 pillars of Reiki, the 12 basic hand positions, animal and plant reiki, meridians and chakras, grounding techniques, aura cleansing, Mawashi, attunements, the 21 day cleanse and lots of practice!!
Okuden
In this two day course learn the three Reiki symbols, their meaning and when to use them, how to draw them, attunement, de-programming techniques, aura cleansing , Mawashi, breathing techniques, storing energy in the Tanden, self purifying techniques and lots of practice!!

Certificates
A Manual created by Jodi and personally curated resources, as well as selective texts which further aid in your Reiki journey are included in the cost.
To receive your certificate you must attend both sessions of the two day course.
Mawashi
Reiki in Nature /Shinrin Yoku
Certificates
People make a circle and put their hands, right hand palm down and left hand, palm up and connect to the person on either side forming an energy circle whereby Reiki energy goes around and infuses the participants with reiki energy.
